Sharon Van Etten unveils new mini documentary 'Departure'

Following on from her brilliant new album 'Remind Me Tomorrow' earlier this year, Sharon Van Etten has now unveiled a new mini documentary which centres around a new collaboration of her single 'Seventeen', which now features Norah Jones.

The new 7-minute film 'Departure' sees her rework her recent album cut to rerecord the single with Norah Jones on her last day in New York as an Amazon Music original.

Speaking of their collaboration, Norah Jones added, “I’m a fan of Sharon as a person and an artist, so I was more than excited to finally get to sing together. I loved her idea to do the song in a different way. It felt really great to be in the studio together, I hope we get to sing more. Singing with her and watching her at the show was breathtaking, she’s a true rock star.”

Subscribers of Amazon Music can listen to the new team up here, and you can check out the 'Departure' documentary in the player below.
