Throughout his tenure to date, US singer-songwriter Chris Pellnat has looked to establish himself as one of more varied and inventive names doing the rounds. Turning out a fresh and exciting array of delights almost every year since 2017, he has spent much of these last few years building a distinctive direction for himself, one that looks to explore a multitude of ideas and textures throughout. And with a flurry of standalone singles last year, he now returns to share his latest studio album 'Cairn', a record brimming with more of that adventurous spirit he is known for.

As an artist that prefers to perform all of the instruments himself, 'Cairn' is instantly recognised as an extremely cohesive and succinct release.
